At Vorlaxenxul, we stand behind the quality of our indoor plants. We offer a 30-day guarantee on all plants purchased through our website. If your plant arrives damaged or does not thrive within the first 30 days despite proper care, we will replace it or provide a full refund.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return or replacement, the following conditions must be met:

• The return request is made within 30 days of delivery
• You have photographic evidence of the plant's condition
• The plant was cared for according to our provided care instructions
• The original packaging and plant tags are retained where possible

Plants Damaged on Arrival

If your plant arrives damaged during shipping:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide photos of the damaged plant and packaging
• Keep the plant and all packaging materials until we advise otherwise
• We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost

Plant Not Thriving

If your plant is struggling within 30 days despite following care instructions:

• Contact our plant care team for advice first
• Send photos showing the plant's condition and its environment
• Our team will assess whether the issue is related to plant quality or care
• If the plant was defective, we will offer a replacement or refund

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Plants that have been repotted or significantly modified
• Plants damaged due to neglect, improper care, or environmental factors
• Gift cards and vouchers
• Sale items marked as final sale
• Accessories and pots (unless defective)

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return or replacement:

• Include clear photos of the plant's current condition
• Describe the issue and any care provided
• Our team will respond within 24-48 business hours

Refund Process

Once your return is approved:

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
• Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear
• Shipping costs are refunded only if the plant was defective or damaged on arrival
• Replacements are shipped at no additional cost

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your plant for a different variety:

• Exchanges are subject to availability
• Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly
• Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of delivery
